【摘要】 随着互联网技术的快速发展，信息技术更多地融入到高校教学体系中，且网络信息资源能够弥补传统课堂教学的不足。在后疫情时代背景下，开展线上线下混合式教学成为高校教育教学改革的必然趋势。以超星学习通为教学平台，采用SPOC线上线下混合式教学模式，以沈阳农业大学“杂粮加工学”课程为例，从传统课堂教学的现状入手，初步探索与实践了基于超星学习通的SPOC线上线下混合教学模式的方法，为后续教学方法及教学模式改革提供了参考与借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Internet technology,information technology is more integrated into the teaching system of universities,and network information resources can make up for the shortcomings of traditional classroom teaching. Under the background of post epidemic era,developing online and offline blended teaching has become an inevitable trend of higher education and teaching reform. Taking super star learning platform as the teaching platform,this paper adopts the SPOC online and offline mixed teaching mode. Taking the course of Coarse Grain Processing as an example in Shenyang Agricultural University,starting from the current situation of traditional classroom teaching,this paper explored and practiced the method of SPOC online and offline mixed teaching mode based on superstar learning link,which provides a reference for the follow-up teaching method and teaching mode reform.更多还原
