红曲霉ABC转运蛋白基因家族的鉴定与生物信息学分析
Identification and bioinformatics analysis of Monascus ABC transporter gene family
【摘要】 ABC细胞膜转运蛋白是一个能够转运多种底物的蛋白家族,在宿主细胞转运物质的输入和泵出中发挥重要作用。红曲霉(Monascus purpureus went)作为唯一被批准生产食用色素的微生物,但该菌种ABC转运蛋白家族的研究较少。为了揭示红曲霉ABC转运蛋白基因家族的基本信息,利用生物信息学方法对该基因家族进行了分析。共鉴定出了33条红曲霉ABC转运蛋白序列(MsABCs),序列分析表明,大多数MsABCs基因(61.5%)含有1~5个内含子。系统发育分析表明,MsABCs基因分属于7类亚家族。33个MsABCs基因随机分布在22条Scaffolds序列上。顺式元件分析推测,所有的MsABCs启动子序列含有多个胁迫响应顺式元件。这些结果为阐明MsABCs家族的进化关系和进一步研究MsABCs基因的功能特性提供了有价值的信息。
【Abstract】 ABC cell membrane transporter is a family of proteins that can transport multiple substrates.It plays an important role in the input and pumping of host cell transport materials.As the only microorganism approved for the production of food pigment, there are few studies on the family of ABC transporters.In order to reveal the basic information of ABC transporter gene family of Monascus,the bioinformatics method was used to analyze the ABC gene family of Monascus.A total of 33 Monascus ABC transporter sequence(MsABCs) were identified.The sequence analysis showed that most MsABCs genes(61.5%) contain 1-5 introns.The phylogenetic analysis showed that all MsABCs genes belong to 7 subfamilies and 33 MsABCs genes are randomly distributed on 22 Scaffold sequences.Analysis of cis-elements inferred that all MsABCs contained multiple cis-elements in response to stress.These results provide valuable information for elucidating the evolutionary relationship of the MsABCs family and further studying the functional characteristics of the MsABCs gene.
