采用钢套筒约束装配式混凝土节点的滞回性能

【摘要】 提出一种节点核心区采用钢套筒约束的装配式混凝土节点,实现梁柱节点的完全预制,提高结构的装配效率。约束钢套筒内沿梁上下部纵筋位置各设置一块可使柱钢筋穿过的内隔板,约束钢套筒外侧与梁纵筋连接。设计了3个采用钢套筒约束的装配式混凝土节点试件、1个现浇钢筋混凝土节点试件进行低周往复荷载试验,研究钢套筒厚度、轴压比等不同参数下装配式混凝土节点的滞回性能。结果表明:钢套筒约束装配式混凝土节点滞回性能优于现浇钢筋混凝土节点;钢套筒约束核心区屈服后预制梁端发生塑性铰破坏,钢套筒约束装配式混凝土节点性能可达到预期效果;钢套筒约束装配式混凝土节点在相同轴压比0.6作用下,钢套筒厚度对滞回性能影响不大;试件钢套筒厚度相同情况下,试件SPJ-3在轴压比0.3作用下,前期刚度下降。

【Abstract】 A precast concrete joint was proposed in this study, in which the core area was restrained by steel sleeves.The precast concrete joint realized the complete prefabrication of beam-column joints and improved the assembly efficiency of the structure.In the restraining steel sleeve, an inner partition plate was arranged at the height of the beam’s upper and lower longitudinal bars, respectively, which enable the steel bars of the column to pass through the joint.And the beam’s longitudinal bars were welded to the side face of the restraining steel sleeve.Three precast concrete(PC) joint specimens and one reinforced concrete(RC) joint specimen were designed using steel sleeve thickness and axial compression ratio parameters.Quasi-static tests were conducted to study these parameters’ influence on the joints’ hysteretic performance.The results showed that: The hysteretic performance of the PC joints was better than that of the RC joint; The plastic hinge failure occurred at the end of the precast beam after the yielding of the core area restrained by the steel sleeve, indicating that the performance of the PC joints could achieve the expected goal; Under the axial compression ratio of 0.6,the thickness of the steel sleeve has little effect on the hysteretic performance of the steel sleeve-constrained precast concrete joint; Under the same thickness of steel sleeve of the specimen, the initial stiffness of the PC joint with the axial compression ratio of 0.3 was smaller than that of other specimens with other axial compression ratios.
