面料吸湿发热性能研究

【摘要】 对吸湿发热面料的吸湿发热性能进行研究。通过对比试验,测试了面料的吸湿发热性能,探讨了吸湿发热面料与常用纤维面料的发热性能差异,评价了吸湿发热面料的吸湿发热效果和影响规律。结果表明:面料吸湿后都能发热,部分常见面料也具有吸湿发热功能;吸湿发热性能优异的面料具有吸湿后升温较慢放热也较慢的特点;具备吸湿发热功能的面料在一定程度上可以降低从温暖干燥环境进入湿冷环境时产生的冷湿应激反应;面料吸湿发热性能受面料中亲水性纤维的含量、面密度、厚度影响较大。

【Abstract】 The moisture absorption and thermal properties of hygroscopic exothermic fabrics were researched in this paper. Through the comparative test, the moisture absorption and thermal properties of the fabrics were tested. The difference in the hygroscopic exothermic performance between the fabrics and the commonly used fiber fabrics was discussed, and the hygroscopic exothermic effects and influence of the fabrics were evaluated. The results showed that fabrics can generate heat after moisture absorption,and some common fabrics also had the moisture absorption and thermal properties. Fabrics with excellent hygroscopic exothermicity had the characteristics of slow heating after hygroscopic and slow heat release. Fabrics with hygroscopic exothermicity can reduce the cold and wet stress reaction when moving from warm and dry environment to wet and cold environment to a certain extent. Hygroscopic exothermicity of fabrics were greatly affected by the content, area density and thickness of hydrophilic fibers in the fabrics.
