【摘要】 《先醒斋医学广笔记》记录了明末医药学家缪希雍的临床病案以及临证用方用药体会。缪氏对温热病有独到的认识，提出“邪气自口鼻而入”的病因理论；总结温热病的发病规律，辨证论治，认为应速去邪气，以“药用辛温，佐以辛寒，以解表邪”为治疗温热病初起的治疗大法，组方遣药中重视阴液，以清润为原则，慎用汗、下之法以保存元气。他的思想为后世医家治疗温热病提供了宝贵的思路，对温病学的发展起了积极作用，对后世医家有很大的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical Notes in Xianxing Study records the clinical medical records and clinical medication experience of Miao Xiyong, a famous medical practitioner in the late of Ming Dynasty. Miao has a unique understanding of febrile disease, puts forward the etiological theory of “evil qi entering through mouth and nose”, summarizes the pathogenesis law of febrile disease, treats it based on syndrome differentiation, and holds that it should be treated quickly with “medicinal pungent warming, supplemented by pungent cold, and relieving surface evil” as the treatment method for the beginning of febrile disease. His thoughts provided valuable ideas for doctors of later generations to treat febrile diseases, played a positive role in the development of febrile diseases, and had a great influence on later physicians.更多还原
