四川不同地区丹参的质量一致性分析

【摘要】 目的:旨在分析四川省不同地区丹参药材的质量一致性,进而探索四川省丹参产业布局。方法:采用法定方法对四川省巴中、德阳和资阳地区丹参样品的水分、浸出物、丹参酮类和丹酚酸B含量以及指纹图谱进行测定,运用分析软件对测定结果分别进行单因素方差分析、聚类分析和中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价。结果:方差分析结果表明3个地区丹参样品不存在显著性差异,聚类分析结果显示22批次丹参样品不存在明显的产地区别,指纹图谱相似度评价结果得出3个地区丹参相似度高。结论:巴中、德阳和资阳地区的丹参质量一致性高且品质优良。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the quality consistency of Salvia miltiorrhiza from different districts and research the industrial layout of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Sichuan province, 22 batches of Salvia miltiorrhiza samples were collected from three districts(Bazhong, Deyang and Ziyang) in Sichuan province. Methods The contents of water, extract, tanshinone, salvianolic acid B and fingerprint were determined by legal methods respectively. Then the one-way ANOVA, the cluster analysis and the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) were used for statistical analysis.Results The results of one-way ANOVA show that 22 batches of Salvia miltiorrhiza samples from different districts are simliar. The result of cluster analysis show that the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza samples from three districts has no essential differences. And the result of the similarity evaluation for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM indicates the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza samples from Bazhong, Deyang and Ziyang districts have almost the same.Conclusion The Salvia miltiorrhiza samples from three districts in Sichuan province have high quality consistency, while Bazhong, Deyang and Ziyang are considered to be the suitable districts for Salvia miltiorrhiza cultivation.
