【摘要】 目的:党参入药品种复杂，且不同品种间的物质基础差异较大，本研究拟确定孟河医派党参特色炮制品中的党参用药品种。方法:参照国家药典、省市中药材标准及中药炮制规范等，通过对那一时期包括孟河医派在内的江浙主要中医药流派代表医家医案及药学著作中的党参处方名进行释名考证。结果:发现当时党参用药品种与今天存在差异，众医家均仅认可党参Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.) Nannf。结论:推断姜汁炒党参、藿香炒党参、木香炒党参等孟河医派特色炮制品所用党参品种为党参C.pilosula(Franch.) Nannf。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective There were dozens of roots from different plant sources, all of which called Codonopsis Radix, but the composition and content of chemical components were quite different. This manuscript tries to identify the variety of Codonopsis Radix used in Menghe Medical School’s characteristic processed products.Methods The herb was studied by reviewing the names of Codonopsis Radix documented in the works of doctors in Yangtze River Delta, according to their medication habits and comparing with the records in National and provincial pharmacopoeias, materia medicas, and literatures.Results It was confirmed that C. pilosula(Franch.) Nannf. was the only one approbated by doctors at that time.Conclusion it was inferred that the raw material used in “Ginger Juice fried Codonopsis Radix”“Agastachis Herba fried Codonopsis Radix”“Aucklandia Radix fried Codonopsis Radix” was obviously this one.更多还原
