铬渣-粉煤灰基地质聚合物的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 用铬渣、粉煤灰为主要材料制备了地质聚合物.探究水玻璃模数、用水量、不同硅铝比、高低硅铝含量、焙烧原料对地质聚合物3 d和7 d强度性能的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构进行分析.结果表明:温度21℃、湿度90%、养护24 h最佳.总硅铝比36.2%~47.7%、硅铝比<3时,7 d最高抗压为19.8 MPa;原料焙烧后对其强度影响小;影响强度顺序为总硅铝含量>硅铝比>原料焙烧.总铬浸出浓度为0.54~1.98 mg/L,达到要求.

【Abstract】 Geological polymers were prepared using chromium slag and fly ash as the main materials. Explore the effects of water glass modulus, water consumption, different silicon aluminum ratios, high and low silicon aluminum content, and calcined raw materials on the strength performance of geological polymers at 3 and 7 days, and analyze their structure using scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that temperature 21 ℃, humidity 90%, and curing for 24 hours are the best. When the total silicon aluminum ratio is 36.2%-47.7% and the silicon aluminum ratio is<3, the maximum compressive strength is 19.8 MPa; The effect of raw material roasting on its strength is small; The order of influence intensity is total silicon aluminum content>silicon aluminum ratio>raw material roasting. The total chromium leaching concentration is 0.54-1.98 mg/L, which meets the requirements.
