采空区疏放水后人工造膜隔氧抑制煤自燃技术研究

【摘要】 为有效解决采空区疏放水后遗煤易自燃问题,实验室研制了一种基于疏放水工程来应用的新型有机高分子隔氧成膜材料,测试了其扩散性与成膜性能,结果表明:当成膜基料∶成膜助剂∶分散剂质量比为3∶4∶2时,材料在水面扩散性最佳,成膜时间约4.9 min,成型隔氧膜可完整覆盖煤样。此外,通过相似模拟实验与程序升温实验测试其应用与阻燃效果,结果表明:材料能有效覆盖煤样隔绝氧气,降低耗氧速率与CO,C2H4生成量,且在220℃时对CO的阻化率可达到84.01%。

【Abstract】 In order to effectively solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal after drainage in goaf,a new organic polymer oxygen barrier film-forming material based on drainage engineering was developed in the laboratory,and its diffusion and film-forming properties were tested in the laboratory.The results show that when the film base material∶film-forming assistant∶dispersan is 3∶4∶2,the material has the best diffusion on the water surface,and the stable film-forming time is about 4.9 min.In addition,its application effect and flame retardant effect were tested through similar simulation experiments and temperature programmed experiments,the results show that the material can effectively cover the coal sample,isolate oxygen,reduce the rate of oxygen consumption and the generation of CO and C2H4,and the inhibition rate of CO can reach 84.01%at 220℃.
