【Abstract】 Based on all the original test records collected from the national coal enterprise testing laboratory ability comparison activities in the past three years, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the filling of the original test records in each laboratory, the causes of these problems and the possible consequences of these problems.It is suggested that relevant laboratories should strengthen the training of relevant personnel, standardize the filling of original records, and improve the level of laboratory management.更多还原
