基于双能γ透射的多矿别多煤种选煤生产应用研究

【摘要】 介绍了双能γ透射测试原理,对影响γ射线灰分测量结果的因素进行了试验研究,工业应用实践表明,通过煤种配比的自动识别及其与在线测灰仪参数的自动调整联动,可实现不同煤种配比时在线灰分参数的联动调整,精煤灰分精准测量,应用效果良好。

【Abstract】 Based on the practical problems of multiple mines and coal types in Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant, the dual energy γ Transmission technology, in-depth exploration of the impact of ash measurement process.The influence of different elements on the ash test results is studied.Iron has the greatest influence on the ash test results, but the influence of heavy medium on the ash measurement depends on the residual medium; When the ash content is lower than 10%,the ash content increases with the increase of moisture content.When the moisture content is higher than 10%,the situation is opposite, and the influence of moisture on low ash clean coal is less than that on high ash raw coal; Under the condition of different mixing ratio, the measured value can be predicted by the relationship model of Q_m and measured K value, and the accuracy is high; Mechanical transformation can better control the thickness of coal seam to provide ash measurement accuracy; The industrial application practice shows that through the automatic identification of coal type proportioning and its linkage with the automatic adjustment of online ash meter parameters, the online ash parameter linkage adjustment of different coal types proportioning can be realized, the ash content of clean coal can be accurately measured, and the application effect is good.
