【摘要】 目的：评估意向性再植术在重度牙周炎中的治疗效果，探寻重度牙周炎的新治疗方法。方法：选取50例重度牙周炎的单根患牙进行意向性再植，于术后3、6、9、18个月复诊进行临床及影像学检查评估，收集相关牙周数据并行统计学分析。结果：术后18个月有45颗患牙被保留下来，留存率90%。其中37颗牙齿发生了固连，发生概率为82.22%。患牙的牙周袋探诊深度、邻面骨丧失的情况较术前均好转，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。牙龈萎缩较术前增加，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），牙齿松动度较术前有明显改善。结论：意向性再植术可有效治疗重度牙周炎，虽然术后预后方式主要为牙齿固连，但该手术能最大程度地保留患者天然牙，可临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the intentional replantation in the treatment of severe periodontitis,explore the new treatment method of severe periodontitis.Methods 50 cases of severe periodontitis with single root teeth were selected to be intentional replantated,take clinical and X-ray assessment postoperative 3,6,9,18 month,collect related data parallel statistical analysis.Results Postoperative 18 months,45 teeth were preserved,retention rate of 90%.Among them,37 tooth had ankylosis,with an incidence of 82.22%.Dental probing depth and the loss of adjacent alveolar bone compared to preoperation were bigger improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Gingival recession compared with preoperative increases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the tooth mobility was significantly improved compared with that before operation.Conclusion Intentional replantation can effectively treat severe periodontitis,although the prognosis of postoperative way mainly for ankylosis,but the operation to patients with maximum retention of natural teeth,worthing clinical promotion.更多还原
