【摘要】 目的：了解太原市青少年紫外线（Ultraviolet,UV）防护的认知度及日光防护行为。方法：于2020年5月-2020年10月采用现况调查的方法对太原市六个城区在校中学生进行UV防护知识问卷调查。结果：共1 302名学生完成调查，平均年龄（14.6±2.3）岁，其中男生685名（52.6%），女生617名（47.4%）。47.6%学生认为UV的主要损伤是皮肤晒黑，认为可损伤眼睛和引起光老化的有22%和18%，仅有12.4%认为UV会导致皮肤癌；493名（37.9%）在过去的1年中发生晒伤，男生在日累积日光暴露平均时长、日晒伤发生率均高于女生；主要防晒方法是待在阴凉处（63.7%）、穿长衣裤（44.6%）和使用防晒霜（30.9%）。39.5%的学生了解特殊环境（阴天，室内，雪天等）下的UV防护，但仅有25.5%的学生了解紫外线指数。结论：太原市青少年在日光防护方面存在一定的盲区，需要学校、家庭、医务工作者等的共同干预，促进青少年采取正确的UV防护行为，为皮肤癌的初级预防提供基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the behavior and knowledge of ultraviolet protection among Taiyuan adolescents. Methods A questionnaire survey on UV protection knowledge of secondary school students in six urban areas of Taiyuan was conducted from May 2020 to October 2020. By random sampling and field investigation, interviewees completed questionnaires with the help of the inquirers. Results 1,302 students completed the survey, with an average age of 14.6±2.3 years.52.6%(685) were boys and 47.4%(617) were girls. The teenagers agreed that the main damage of UV was skin tanning(47.6%), damage to eyes,and photoaging(22% and 18%, respectively) and that only 12.4% thought UV could cause skin cancer. 493 students(37.9%)had sunburn in the past year. The incidence of sun exposure and sunburns in male students was higher in boys than in girls.Seeking shade(63.7%)was the most commonly used method of sun protection, followed by wearing long pants(44.6%) and use of sunscreen(30.9%).39.5% of the teenagers could understand the protection of UVR in special environments(cloudy, indoor,snowy, etc), but only 25.5% knew the UV index. Conclusion There were some misunderstandings about sun protection among adolescents in Taiyuan City. The school, family, and medical professionals should emphasize the education of UV knowledge and strengthen the correct guidance of photoprotection behavior for adolescents to provide a basis for the primary prevention of skin cancer.更多还原
