【摘要】 目的：探讨复方甘草酸苷片联合他克莫司软膏及308?nm准分子光治疗白癜风的疗效。方法：选取2022年3月-2022年9月南方医科大学附属小榄医院收治的80例白癜风患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予他克莫司软膏及308?nm准分子光治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片，持续治疗12周，比较两组皮损修复情况、血清指标及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率82.50%，高于对照组的62.50%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组皮损面积小于对照组，皮损色素积分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后血清炎性因子白介素4(IL-4)水平高于对照组，白介素17(IL-17)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组外周血免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：复方甘草酸苷片联合他克莫司软膏及308?nm准分子光治疗白癜风，可显著减少患者皮损面积，减少炎性损伤，改善免疫功能紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the repair effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablet combined with tacrolimus ointment and 308nm excimer light on skin lesions in vitiligo. Methods A total of 80 patients with vitiligo and skin lesions in Xiaolan Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University were enrolled and randomly divided into control group(40 cases, tacrolimus ointment and 308 nm excimer light) and observation group(40 cases, compound glycyrdine tablets on basis of control group) between March and September 2022. All were treated for 12 weeks. The skin lesions repair, serum indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The response rate of treatment was higher in observation group than control group(82.50% vs 62.50%, P<0.05). After treatment, area of skin lesions was smaller, and score of skin lesion pigment was higher in observation group(P<0.05). After treatment, level of serum interleukin-4(IL-4) was higher in observation group than control group, while levels of interleukin-17(IL-17) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were lower in observation group(P <0.05). After treatment, levels of peripheral blood immunoglobulins(IgA, IgG, IgM) were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar(P>0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin tablet combined with tacrolimus ointment and 308 nm excimer light can significantly reduce area of skin lesions,relieve inflammatory injury and improve immune dysfunction in vitiligo patients.更多还原
