【摘要】 乳房重建技术可以修复乳腺癌术后乳房形态缺陷，恢复身体协调性，提高患者生活质量，促进患者回归社会，现已成为乳腺癌综合治疗的重要组成部分。由于存在个体差异，乳腺癌术后选用乳房重建技术有所不同，已成为目前研究探讨的新方向，该文就乳房重建术式的选择，手术时机、美学效果和术后患者的生活质量进行回顾性分析和总结，以期为临床工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Breast reconstruction technology can repair the breast morphological defects after breast cancer surgery,restore the body coordination,improve the quality of life of patients,promote the return of patients to society,has become an important part of the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer.Due to individual differences,the selection of breast reconstruction techniques after breast cancer surgery is different,which has become a new direction of current research and discussion.This paper retrospectively analyzes and summarizes the selection of breast reconstruction methods,surgical timing,aesthetic effects and postoperative quality of life of patients,in order to provide reference for clinical work.更多还原
