基于大应变传感器的PE燃气管道安全监测系统
Safety Monitoring System for PE Gas Pipeline Based on Large Strain Sensors
【摘要】 PE管道在实际工况中的应变可达10%以上,无法采用传统应变片、光纤等作为传感元件实时测量PE管道的应变。基于力学结构设计,研制出了一种无接触电阻式大应变传感器(简称大应变传感器)。介绍大应变传感器的结构与原理,通过试验进行大应变传感器性能测试与测量PE管道应变的可行性验证。设计了具备应变监测、定位、预警、数据分析管理等功能的管道安全监测系统(简称系统)。介绍系统框架,对系统进行试验测试,在300 m长PE燃气管道上进行了示范工程应用。系统测试和示范工程应用证明,该系统可以实现PE管道应变的有效监测,稳定性较好。
【Abstract】 The strain of PE pipeline can reach over 10% in actual working conditions, and traditional strain gauge, optical fiber and other sensing elements cannot be used to measure the strain of PE pipeline in real-time. A non-contact resistance type large strain sensor(referred to as a large strain sensor) has been developed based on mechanical structure design. The structure and principle of large strain sensors are introduced. The performance test of large strain sensor and the feasibility verification of measuring PE pipeline strain are carried out through experiments. A pipeline safety monitoring system(referred to as the system) with functions such as strain monitoring,positioning,early warning and data analysis management is designed. The system framework is introduced,the system is tested, and the demonstration project application is carried out on 300 m long PE gas pipeline. The system test and demonstration project application prove that the system can realize the effective monitoring of PE pipeline strain and has good stability.
