核态沸腾气泡动力学参数研究综述

【摘要】 综述影响因素对核态沸腾中气泡动力学参数的影响,影响因素包括压力、微重力、受热面热流密度、受热面过热度与工质过冷度、受热面倾角、受热面表面粗糙度、接触角、汽化核心间距、电场、磁场、超声波等。气泡动力学参数包括气泡脱离直径(半径)、气泡脱离频率、气泡等待时间、气泡生长时间、气泡生长周期、活性成核点密度。整理气泡动力学参数的经验关联式。现有关联式考虑的影响因素有限,需要综合考虑更多的影响因素来准确预测气泡动力学参数。

【Abstract】 The influence of influencing factors on bubble dynamics parameters in nuclear boiling is reviewed.The influencing factors include pressure,microgravity,heat flux density of heating surface,superheat of heating surface and subcooling of working fluid,inclination angle of heating surface,surface roughness of heating surface,contact angle,vaporization core spacing,electric field,magnetic field,ultrasonic wave,and so on.Bubble dynamic parameters include bubble detachment diameter (radius),bubble detachment frequency,bubble waiting time,bubble growth time,bubble growth cycle and active nucleation point density.The empirical correlation formulas of bubble dynamics parameters are summarized.The existing correlation formulas consider limited influencing factors,and it is necessary to comprehensively consider more influencing factors to accurately predict bubble dynamic parameters.
