【摘要】 党的十八大以来，习近平创造性地提出关于中国经济发展的一系列重大理论观点，形成了习近平经济思想。面对全球性问题不断凸显、逆全球化浪潮席卷、经济实力“东升西降”，习近平经济思想彰显了时代之新；面对社会主要矛盾的新转变、经济发展的新阶段、人民需要的新特点，习近平经济思想反映了实践之新；基于时代之新和实践之新，习近平制定了经济发展的“一二三四”，即“一个任务”“两个根本”“三个新”和“四个方案”，系统回答了经济发展的任务、性质、方位、理念、格局、制度、战略、保障、方法等一系列重大理论和现实问题，呈现了理论之新。在习近平经济思想的指导下，我国经济将迈上更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续、更为安全的发展之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping put forward creatively a series of important theoretical views on China’s economic development,formed Xi Jinping’ s economic thought.In the face of looming global issues,sweeping anti-globalization and rising economic strength in the east and declining in the west,Xi Jinping’s economic thought demonstrates the new era.In the face of the new transformation of the principal contradiction in society,the new stage of economic development and the new features of the people’s needs,Xi Jinping’s economic thought reflects the new practice;Facing the new era and the new practice,Xi Jinping formulated the "One,Two,Three,Four" of economic development,namely, "One Task", "Two Fundamentals", "Three New" and "Four Plans",which scientifically answered a series of major theoretical and practical questions,such as the task,nature,orientation,concept,pattern,system,strategy,guarantee and method of economic development,presenting the new theory.It is under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s economic thought that the Chinese economy has embarked on a path of higher quality,more efficient,fairer,more sustainable and more secure development.更多还原
