耐碱渗透剂HXQ对全棉牛仔布靛蓝经纱染深性的影响
Effect of alkali resistant penetrant HXQ on deep dyeing property of indigo warp yarn of cotton denim
【摘要】 为提高靛蓝染液对经纱的润湿和渗透性能,进而提高全棉牛仔布靛蓝经纱的深染性能,首先筛选出耐碱渗透剂HXQ作为靛蓝经纱染色的前处理渗透剂,然后以靛蓝染色K/S值为评价指标,通过响应面法对纱线前处理的工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,渗透剂HXQ使纱线的毛效(30 min)从8.0 cm增加到23.3 cm,增加了191%;单纱断裂强力从764 cN增加到1 061 cN,增加了38.9%;优化前处理工艺为:温度85℃、时间35 min、烧碱质量浓度5 g/L、渗透剂HXQ质量浓度6 g/L、30%H2O2质量浓度5 g/L;在此条件下,经纱靛蓝染色的K/S值相对于未加渗透剂的前处理工艺下提升了52%。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the wettability and permeability of indigo dyeing solution to warp yarn, and further enhance the deep dyeing performance of cotton denim indigo warp yarn, the alkali resistant penetrant HXQ was first selected as the agent penetrant for indigo warp dyeing, and then the process parameters of yarn pretreatment were optimized by response surface method with indigo dyeing K/S value as the evaluation index. The results show that the wool efficiency of yarn(30 min) increased 191% from 8.0 cm to 23.3 cm with penetrant HXQ. The breaking strength of single yarn increased from 764 cN to 1061 cN by 38.9%. The recommended optimized pretreatment process is as follows: temperature 85 ℃, time 35 min, caustic soda 5 g/L, HXQ 6 g/L, 30% H2O2 5 g/L. Under theis condition, the K/S value of warp indigo dyeing increased by 52% compared to the pretreatment process without penetrant.
