医用除臭非织造布的制备及其性能研究
Study on preparation and properties of medical deodorant nonwoven
【摘要】 为去除造口袋使用过程中产生的异味和臭气,将具有高比表面积和多孔结构的活性炭(AC)浸轧于棉纤维表面,利用活性炭优异的吸附性,制备一种可用于造口袋的具有除臭功能的非织造布。对不同质量分数活性炭负载棉非织造布的形貌、化学结构、热性能、透气性、力学性能和除臭性能进行测试和表征。负载前后非织造布扫描电镜(SEM)照片以及热重分析(TGA)结果均证实活性炭成功负载到棉纤维表面,随着活性炭质量分数的增加,非织造布的透气性略有下降,但不影响棉非织造布的力学性能。除臭实验结果表明,试样对氨气和醋酸的除臭率均大于80%,当负载活性炭质量分数为5.3%时,对氨气和醋酸的除臭率达到最大,分别为94.8%和94.1%,均符合JEC 301—2013《SEK标志纤维制品认证基准》标准规定,该活性炭负载棉非织造可与其他医用材料结合应用于造口袋除臭。
【Abstract】 In order to remove the odor produced during the use of the ostomy bags, the activated carbon(AC) with high specific surface area and porous structure was dipped on the surface of cotton fiber. The excellent adsorption of activated carbon was used to prepare a deodorizing functional nonwoven fabric. The appearance, chemical structure, thermal properties, air permeability, mechanical properties and deodorization properties of cotton nonwovens loaded with different mass fraction of activated carbon were tested and characterized. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) results of the nonwovens before and after loading confirm that the activated carbon is successfully loaded on the surface of cotton fibers. With the increase of the mass fraction of activated carbon, the air permeability of nonwovens decreases slightly, but the mechanical properties of the cotton nonwovens are not affected. The results of deodorization experiment show that the deodorization rates of ammonia and acetic acid are both greater than 80%. When activated carbon is loaded with 5.3%, the deodorization rates of ammonia and acetic acid reach the maximum, which are 94.8% and 94.1%, and they are in line with the standard of JEC 301-2013 "SEK Label Fiber Products Certification Standard". The activated carbon supported cotton nonwovens can be combined with other medical materials for deodorization of ostomy bags.
