超临界二氧化碳技术在羊毛织物化学镀铜中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对化学镀金属传统活化方法获得的金属镀层与织物牢度不高的问题,为提高金属镀层与织物之间的牢度,文章借助超临界流体技术将钯络合物注入到羊毛织物内完成活化,采用还原剂通过化学镀还原反应使铜离子还原为铜单质沉积在羊毛织物表面。采用电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征方法进行分析,结果证明,相较于传统活化法,超临界CO2流体活化法具有更高的效率;超临界CO2流体活化后镀铜的羊毛织物具有良好的防静电和防紫外线性能,并且对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌也具有较高的抗菌活性。

【Abstract】 In this study, palladium complex was injected into wool fiber for activation before electroless plating by supercritical fluid technology. Copper ion was further reduced to metallic copper by reducing agents and metallic copper was deposited on the surface of wool fiber. Compared with the traditional activation method, supercritical CO2 fluid activation method shows high efficiency. The performance test results show that the copper plated wool fabric activated by supercritical CO2 fluid exhibited good anti-static and anti-ultraviolet properties, and has excellent antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
