瓦斯抽采影响因素及布孔参数优化模拟研究

【摘要】 为优化瓦斯抽采钻孔布置参数,基于流—固耦合模型,采用Comsol软件建立三维数值模型并进行解算,分析了钻孔间距、钻孔长度、钻孔直径和抽采负压4种参数变化对瓦斯抽采效果的影响。结果表明,钻孔间距和钻孔长度是影响抽采效果的重要因素,抽采负压和钻孔直径的变化对抽采效果影响较小。研究给出了钻孔长度、钻孔间距、抽采负压和钻孔直径的合理数值,可供类似条件借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to determine the reasonable hole layout parameters for gas drainage, based on the fluid solid coupling model, a three-dimensional numerical model is established and solved by using Comsol software.The influence of four parameter changes on the gas drainage effect was analyzed, including the hole spacing, the hole length, the hole diameter and the negative pressure for gas drainage.The results indicate that the spacing and length of drilling holes are important factors affecting the pumping effect, while the changes in pumping negative pressure and drilling diameter have little impact on the pumping effect.The study provides reasonable values for drilling length, drilling spacing, negative pressure for extraction, and drilling diameter, which can be used for reference under similar conditions.
