【摘要】 探讨威灵仙-白花蛇舌草药对治疗癌症的作用机制.从HERB与Swiss ADME两个数据库中筛选出威灵仙-白花蛇舌草药对中活性成分、作用靶点、癌症疾病靶点、活性成分与疾病的共同靶点，筛选出重要的活性成分与关键靶点，将活性成分与关键靶点进行分子对接验证.关键靶点为ESR1，重要活性成分为槲皮素、阿魏酸和恩贝林，这三种药物的活性成分均与疾病靶点蛋白有着较好的结合性.威灵仙-白花蛇舌草药对可能对治疗癌症疾病起着重要作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploring the Mechanism of couplet medicines of Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Hedyotis diffusa Treatment for Cancer. The HERB and Swiss ADME databases were used to screen active ingredients,target proteins,and common targets of Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Hedyotis diffusa for cancer treatment,and important active ingredients and key targets were identified and verified through molecular docking. The key target is ESR1,and the important active ingredients are Quercetin,Ferulic acid,and Embelin. All three active ingredients have good binding properties with the disease target protein. Couplet medicines of Clematis chinensis Osbeck and Hedyotis diffusa may play an important role in the treatment of cancer.更多还原
