【摘要】 目的 分析重度脑外伤康复期患者主要照顾者照顾能力现状和影响因素，为制定相关干预措施提供参考依据。方法 于2022年06月至2023年3月，采用自设的一般资料问卷、照顾者照顾能力量表、照顾者准备度量表和自我效能量表对安徽省两所三级甲等医院收住的137名重度脑外伤康复期患者主要照顾者进行调查。结果 患者主要照顾者照顾能力得分为(25.61±6.73)分。多元线性回归分析发现照顾者照顾能力的主要影响因素有健康状况、有无他人协助、自我效能、照顾准备度及患者住院次数(P<0.05)。结论 重度脑外伤康复期患者主要照顾者照顾能力处于中等偏低水平，应该加强对患者住院次数少、无他人协助、健康状况较差、准备度低和缺乏自信心的照顾者健康宣教，制定个体化的护理方案来提高其照顾能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of the care ability of the main caregivers of patients with severe traumatic brain injury in the rehabilitation period, and to provide reference basis for formulating relevant intervention measures. Methods From June 2022 to March 2023, 137 primary caregivers of patients with severe traumatic brain injury who were admitted to two third-class A hospitals in Anhui Province were investigated with the self-designed general data questionnaire, caregiver care ability scale, caregiver preparation scale and self-efficacy scale. Results The score of the patients’ primary caregiver’s care ability was(25.61±6.73). Multiple linear regression analysis found that the main influencing factors of caregiver care ability were health status, assistance from others, self-efficacy, care readiness, and patient hospitalization frequency(P<0.05). Conclusion The main caregivers of patients with severe traumatic brain injury during the rehabilitation period have a moderate to low level of care ability. It is necessary to strengthen health education for caregivers who have fewer hospitalizations, no assistance from others, poor health status, low preparation, and lack of confidence, and develop personalized nursing plans to improve their care ability.更多还原
