木材工业碳达峰碳中和标准体系构建
Construction of Standard System of Carbon Dioxide Emission Peaking and Carbon Neutrality for China’s Wood Industry
【摘要】 建立科学合理的木材工业碳达峰碳中和(简称“双碳”)标准体系,是贯彻落实《国家标准化发展纲要》实施国家“双碳”标准体系建设工程的重要举措,是木材工业“双碳”标准化工作的蓝图。针对木材工业“双碳”标准体系建设仍处于空白阶段,缺乏顶层设计和系统规划的现状问题,提出木材工业“双碳”目标实现路径,介绍木材工业“双碳”标准体系的构建原则和依据,构建木材工业“双碳”标准体系框架,包括基础综合子体系、协同降碳子体系、碳减排子体系与碳中和子体系。并提出进一步完善标准体系的建议,助推木材工业顺利实现“双碳”目标。
【Abstract】 Establishing a scientific and reasonable standard system of carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutrality(“double carbon”) for Chinas’ wood industry is not only an important measure to implement the national standardization development outline but also a blueprint for the standardization work of double carbon. At present, the construction of the standard system on double carbon for Chinas’ wood industry is still in the early stage, while there is lack of top-level design and system planning. In this paper, we first summarize the principle and basis of the standard system of double carbon for China’s wood industry. Subsequently, we propose the realization path of industrial double carbon goals.Therefore, the standard system framework is constructed, which includes four sub-systems, namely,basics and synthetic sub-systems, synergistic emission reduction sub-systems, carbon emission reduction sub-systems, and carbon neutrality sub-systems. Finally, four suggestions to promote the standard system of double carbon for China’s wood industry are put forward. The standard system will provide an important means to assist the achievement of industrial double carbon goals.
