【摘要】 卡波西水痘样疹多由单纯疱疹病毒1型引起，水痘-带状疱疹病毒所致较少见。本文报道一例由水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的卡波西水痘样疹患者，入院初期拟“类天疱疮”治疗下仍有新发水疱，后结合组织病理、病原宏基因组学检测示水痘-带状疱疹病毒阳性，最终诊断为卡波西水痘样疹，给予抗病毒治疗后好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kaposi’s varicella-like eruption is mostly caused by herpes simplex virus type 1, and rarely caused by varicella-zoster virus. We report a case of Kaposi’s varicella-like eruption caused by varicella-zoster virus There were still new blisters after the treatment of pemphigoid at the initial stage of admission. Based on histopathological examination and pathogen metagenomics test, the patient was positive for varicella-zoster virus. We revised the diagnosis as Kaposi varicelliform eruption. The patient was cured after antiviral treatment.更多还原
