【摘要】 目的 通过对潍坊医学院正在接受住院医师规范化培训的临床专业学位硕士进行问卷调查，了解其心理健康状况并制定相应对策。方法 通过一般情况调查表、症状自评量表和心理应激量表对临床专业学位硕士进行问卷调查，获取其心理健康及应激源，对可能存在的心理问题进行数据分析。结果 强迫、人际关系和抑郁是该群体最常出现的心理健康问题，随应激源程度的增加，心理健康风险增加；女性躯体化、强迫症、抑郁、焦虑显著高于男性(P<0.05);低年级学生倾向强迫、抑郁，高年级学生更易出现躯体化症状(P<0.05)。结论 临床专业学位硕士面临的心理健康问题主要是强迫、人际关系和抑郁，高校及附属医院应根据自身情况采取相应调整措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the mental health status of clinical medicine postgraduates for specialty degree in Weifang Medical University and formulate corresponding countermeasures by using the questionnaire survey.Methods The general situation questionnaire, symptom self-evaluation scale and psychological stress scale, survey of mental health and stressors of the clinical master was conducted to analyze the possible psychological problems.Results(1)The compulsion, interpersonal relationship and depression were the most common mental health problems in this population;(2)The obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD),depression and anxiety in female were significantly higher than that in male(P<0.05);(3)The lower-grade students were prone to have compulsion and depression, while the senior-grade students were more likely to have somatic symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion The majority of mental health problems of clinical masters are compulsion, interpersonal relationship and depression, which should be highly concerned by the institutes.更多还原
