【摘要】 中医药在多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）不孕症患者行体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization embryo transfer,IVF-ET）中的应用近年来受到广泛关注。此病的主要病机为本虚标实。本虚为肾虚证，包括肾阴虚证、肾阳虚证及肾阴阳两虚证；标实为痰湿证与血瘀证。同时在主证的基础上可有肝郁脾虚、心神失藏等兼证。治疗原则以补肾填精、燥湿化痰、活血化瘀为主，并兼顾疏肝健脾、养心安神。针对行IVF-ET的患者可根据促排卵周期的不同选择不同的时机介入，也可以遵循“序贯分期”原则在垂体降调期、超控制促排卵期、胚胎植入期和保胎安胎期全程介入。治疗方法以中药、针刺或针药结合联合西药治疗为主，在改善卵巢低反应（poor ovarian response,POR）、调节子宫内膜容受性以及控制卵巢过度刺激综合征（ovarian hyper stimulation syndrome,OHSS）方面有明显优势。而纯针刺治疗的效果国内外报道结果目前仍存在争议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the application of traditional Chinese medicine in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility patients has attracted extensive attention. The main pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency of origin and the symptom.This deficiency is kidney deficiency syndrome,including kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome;The standard was phlegmdampness syndrome and blood-stasis syndrome. At the same time,on the basis of the main syndrome,there may be concurrent syndromes such as liver depression,spleen deficiency and mental loss. The main treatment principles are tonifying kidney and essence,dampness and eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,as well as regulating liver and spleen,nourishing the heart and calming the mind. For IVF-ET patients,different timing of intervention can be selected according to different ovulation induction cycles,or the whole intervention can follow the principle of“sequential stage”in the pituitary down-regulating period,ultra-controlled ovulation induction period,embryo implantation period and fetal safety period. The treatment mainly consists of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture or combination of acupuncture and medicine combined with Western medicine. In improving poor ovarian response(POR),regulating endometrial receptivity and controlling ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)has obvious advantages.
