碱性水电解制氢装置大型化的研究进展

【摘要】 发展基于水电解制氢的绿色氢能有助于消纳波动的可再生能源“弃光”“弃风”并显著降低氢能成本。碱性水电解制氢技术是未来大规模制备绿氢、连接可再生能源与高碳排放行业、协同实现“双碳”目标的关键性技术。实现绿氢低成本制取的核心是高效大功率碱性水电解制氢装置的高效化、规模化、大型化研制。碱性水电解制氢装置大型化技术攻坚与装备研发的重要方向是高电流密度、大功率和低能耗。电解槽的性能参数决定了整个系统的技术性能。文中从电解槽关键材料的研究、电解槽结构设计优化及相应配套设备大型化面临的挑战等方面描述了实现碱性水电解制氢装置大型化发展的方向。

【Abstract】 The development of green hydrogen energy based on water electrolysis hydrogen production can help absorb fluctuations in renewable energy sources such as “abandoning light” and “abandoning wind”, and significantly reduce hydrogen energy costs. Alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production technology is a key technology to prepare green hydrogen on a large scale in the future, connect renewable energy and high-carbon emission industries, and achieve the goal of “double carbon” in collaboration. The core of achieving low-cost production of green hydrogen is the efficient, scaling, and large-scale development of high-efficiency high-power alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment. The important direction of large-scale technology and equipment research and development for alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment is high current density, high power, and low energy consumption. The performance parameters of the electrolyzer determine the technical performance of the entire system. The paper describes the direction of realizing the large-scale development of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment from the research of key materials for electrolyzer to the optimization of electrolyzer structure design and the challenges faced by the corresponding large-scale equipments.
