【摘要】 糖尿病性视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopathy, DR)是糖尿病患者常见的眼底并发症，长期的高血糖状态对视网膜血管产生严重的病理损害，危害患者视力。目前针对DR已有视网膜激光治疗、玻璃体腔内注射抗血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)药物等多种方法。抗VEGF药物的应用极大地改善了DR患者视网膜状况的恶化，明显减轻糖尿病性黄斑水肿(Diabetic macular edema, DME)造成的视力下降；而抗VEGF药物对眼部及全身情况具有一定不良影响，如何评价抗VEGF药物治疗DR的疗效也较为重要。本文回顾近年来抗VEGF药物治疗DR的相关研究并进行综述，进而评价VEGF药物治疗DR的疗效及不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetic retinopathy(DR) is a common fundus complication in diabetes patients.Long-term hyperglycemia will cause serious pathological damage to retinal blood vessels and harm patients′ vision.At present, there are many treatment methods for DR,such as retinal laser therapy, intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) drugs and so on.The use of anti-VEGF drugs has greatly improved the deterioration of retinal conditions in DR patients, and significantly alleviated the visual loss caused by diabetic macular edema(DME);however, anti-VEGF drugs have certain adverse effects on the eye and general conditions.Evaluation of the efficacy of anti-VEGF drugs in the treatment of DR is also important.This article reviews the relevant studies on anti-VEGF drugs in the treatment of DR in recent years, with a view to further evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of anti-VEGF drugs in the treatment of DR.更多还原
