【摘要】 构建森林生态银行推进背景下林农分化倾向影响因素指标体系，基于福建省顺昌县702户林农的调查数据，运用多项Logistic回归模型分析林农分化倾向选择行为的影响因素。结果表明：森林生态银行对吸引林农重新参与林业相关产业具有积极影响；森林生态银行通过影响林农生计资本改变林农分化倾向：人力资本高的林农会倾向于选择电商主导型，自然资本丰富的林农选择种植型的意愿较强，金融资本和社会资本带来的资源差异使林农向电商主导型转变，物质资本未体现出显著影响；林农分化也反作用于生计资本，进一步推进森林生态银行的实施。因此，建议设立退出机制、建立合作机制、提供保底收入制度加强林农培训和教育，引导林农积极参与森林生态银行，实现分化倾向转变和生计稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 ⑴ Background——At present, the research on the factors affecting the differentiation tendency of forest farmers often neglects the complex social dynamics and the subjectivity of forest farmers in the process of differentiation, and lacks the comprehensive consideration of forest ecological bank as a new ecological compensation mechanism.After promoting forest ecological bank in forest areas, optimizing the differentiation tendency of forest farmers is very important for establishing sustainable livelihood and realizing rural revitalization.⑵ Methods——The research data came from a survey of rural households conducted by the research group in Shunchang County, Fujian Province from June to August 2023,and a total of 702 valid questionnaires were obtained in this survey.In this paper, the differentiation tendency of forest farmers was selected as the dependent variable, and the willingness of forest farmers to participate in forest ecological bank and their livelihood capital were selected as the independent variables.The differentiation tendency of forest farmers included four types: planting-type, breeding-type, e-commerce oriented-type and migrant workers-type.Multiple Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between forest ecological bank, forest farmers’ livelihood capital and the differentiation tendency of forest farmers.⑶ Results——According to the regression results, the effect of forest ecological bank on the differentiation tendency of forest farmers is different.Compared with the differentiation tendency of planting-type forest farmers, forest ecological bank has a positive impact on the differentiation tendency of breeding-type forest farmers, and the possibility of breeding-type forest farmers participating in forest ecological bank is 3.053 times that of planting-type forest farmers.Forest ecological bank has a negative impact on the differentiation tendency of e-commerce oriented-type forest farmers and migrant workers-type forest farmers, and the probability of their participation in forest ecological bank is 0.403 times and 0.097 times of that of planting-type forest farmers, respectively.At the same time, the differentiation tendency of forest farmers caused by the difference of endowment of livelihood capital is also different.The difference of human capital, social capital and financial capital can promote the transformation of forest farmers into non-planting type, and the forest farmers with more abundant natural capital are more inclined to choose planting type.Material capital has no significant effect on the differentiation tendency of forest farmers.After forest farmers participate in forest ecological bank, they can give full play to the scale effect of resources and improve their individual livelihood development ability by integrating the resources.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——In order to promote the successful implementation of the Forest Ecological Bank in Shunchang County, Fujian Province, and enhance the willingness of forest farmers to participate, the following policy suggestions are put forward: Try out a flexible exit mechanism to improve the willingness of forest farmers to participate and forest farmers can exit the forest ecological bank through transfer, leasing and other ways; rely on the Forest Ecological Bank, establish a mutual aid organization for forest farmers’ cooperatives to optimize their livelihood capital; establish a minimum income guarantee system in the operation of Shunchang County Forest Ecological Bank, set the corresponding minimum income standard according to the degree of forest farmers participating in the project, resource investment and other factors; strengthen the training and education of forest farmers to enhance their comprehensive capabilities.更多还原
