【摘要】 针对石油化工行业工艺流程长、操作画面多、操作负荷高、人机交互性差的问题,在传统生产运行的工厂二维操作画面的基础上,有效挖掘工程建设数字化交付资产价值,使分散控制系统(DCS)与数字化工厂深度集成融合。将虚拟三维工厂、二维DCS操作画面和实体工厂相结合,在操作员站创造一个新型的交互式智能化3D人机界面,实现在中心控制室对厂区的精准管控,协助内操指导外操人员现场处理异常情况。

【Abstract】 Considering the problems of long process, many operation interfaces, high operation loads and poor human-machine interactions(HMI) in petrochemical industry, based on 2D operation screen of traditional production operation, the value of digital delivery assets in engineering construction is effectively excavated, which makes the DCS and digital factory deeply integrated. The virtual 3D factory, 2D DCS operation screen and actual factory are combined. A new interactive and intelligent 3D HMI in OPS is created. The precise control for the factory is realized in central control room, and which can assist the internal operator to guide the external operator to deal with abnormal conditions on site.
