【摘要】 目的 对综合性医院老年电子医疗数据进行有效治理，并对老年患者常见的慢性病诊断进行标准化建设，建立老年共病医疗数据库。方法 对2013年1月—2019年1月复旦大学附属华山医院60岁及以上老年住院患者的电子医疗数据进行采集、清洗、整合；对慢性病的诊断进行标准化整理和分类，确定纳入老年共病研究的慢性病疾病谱和数量。结果 在对综合性医院的电子医疗数据有效治理的基础上，整理出复旦大学附属华山医院住院老年患者常见的慢性病诊断1 130种，并在ICD-10疾病编码、《中文医学主题词表》、老年医学诊疗规范的标准化基础上归纳出分类诊断85种，最终根据老年共病研究的目的，纳入48种慢性病疾病谱，建立综合性医院老年共病医疗数据库。结论 本研究针对综合性医院的电子医疗数据进行有效治理，并对慢性病诊断进行标准化分类，为高质量的老年共病研究提供医疗数据库。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To effectively manage the medical data of the elderly in comprehensive hospitals, standardize the diagnosis of common chronic diseases in the elderly and establish a medical database of geriatric multimorbidity. Methods The medical data of elderly inpatients aged over 60 years from Huashan Hospital, Fudan University from January 2013 to January 2019 were collected, cleaned and integrated. The diagnosis of chronic diseases were defined, standardized and classified, and the spectrum and number of chronic diseases included in the study of geriatric multimorbidity were determined. Results On the basis of effective management of electronic medical data of the general hospital, 1 130 kinds of common chronic diseases diagnosis of inpatients in Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were sorted out, and 85 kinds of classification diagnosis were summarized on the basis of ICD-10 Disease Code, Chinese Medical Thesaurus, and Geriatric Medical Diagnosis and Treatment Standards. Finally, according to the purpose of the study of geriatric multimorbidity research, the spectrum of 48 kinds of chronic diseases was included, and a medical database of geriatric multimorbidity in the general hospital was established.
