【摘要】 广西是中国南方乃至全国最重要的用材林区，也是我国最大的国家储备林建设基地。作为首批试点省份和首个利用国开行贷款建设国家储备林项目的省区，在积累丰富经验的同时也面临极大的挑战。在介绍广西国家储备林发展现状的基础上，探讨了影响广西国家储备林建设的主要因素为林地资源与租赁价格、建设投资、运营模式、树种选择和集约经营水平等6个方面，并针对性地提出了整合林地资源、推进整屯整村林地资源转入国家储备林基地建设等相关对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guangxi is the most important timber forest area in South China and even the whole country, and also the largest national reserve forest construction base in our country. As the first pilot provinces and the first provinces to use CDB loans to build National Reserve Forest projects, accumulating rich experience is also facing great challenges. On the basis of introducing the present situation of national reserve forest development in Guangxi, the main factors affecting the construction of national reserve forest in Guangxi are forest land resource and lease price, construction investment, operation mode, tree species selection and intensive management level, etc. The paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to integrate forest land resources and promote the transformation of forest land resources into national reserve forest base construction.更多还原
