【摘要】 创新竞争力对于激发区域活力和促进区域高质量发展具有重要意义。从创新竞争基础、创新投入、创新产出、行业创新发展与创新高质量发展成效5个维度来构建了重庆市创新竞争力发展水平评价指标体系，运用熵值法测算并分析了重庆市创新竞争力发展水平时序变化情况。结果显示：(1)重庆创新竞争力水平不断上升，得分呈现两极分化现象，极差值较大。(2)在空间上呈现出中间高四周低的分布特征，即“一区高两群低”,地区发展严重不平衡。为此，提出了发展重庆市创新竞争力，需要强化区域协同创新以形成融合链条，鼓励跨区域科创合作并开展针对性帮扶，完善产业结构共同营造创新竞争氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation competitiveness is important for stimulating regional vitality and promoting regional high-quality development. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of Chongqing’s innovation competitiveness development level from five dimensions: innovation competition foundation, innovation input, innovation output, industry innovation development and innovation quality development effectiveness. The entropy value method is used to measure and analyze the time-series changes of Chongqing’s innovation competitiveness development level. The results show that:(1) the level of Chongqing’s innovation competitiveness keeps rising, and the scores show a bifurcation phenomenon with large extreme differences.(2) Spatially, it shows the distribution characteristics of high in the middle and low around, i.e. "one region is high and two clusters are low", and the regional development is seriously unbalanced. To this end, it is proposed that the development of Chongqing’s innovation competitiveness requires strengthening regional collaborative innovation to form an integrated chain, encouraging cross-regional science and innovation cooperation and targeted assistance, and improving the industrial structures to jointly create a competitive atmosphere for innovation.更多还原
