【摘要】 我国经济正处于高速增长迈向高质量发展的阶段，企业成长性的重要性不可忽视。物流企业履行社会责任是其更好实现战略转型的关键。文章以2019年沪深两市的物流企业作为研究样本，研究社会责任履行对企业成长性的影响。研究发现：企业社会责任的履行情况对其成长性有显著的正向影响。履行社会责任的水平越高，企业成长性越高。因此，文章提出以下三点建议：企业积极履行社会责任、企业发挥社会责任的资源吸收效应、政府加强相关引导工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the stage of rapid growth and high-quality development, the importance of corporate growth cannot be ignored. The fulfillment of social responsibility by logistics enterprises is the key to better realize their strategic transformation. This paper takes the logistics enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen in 2019 as a research sample to study the impact of social responsibility fulfillment on the growth of enterprises. The study found that the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility has a significant positive impact on its growth. The higher the level of fulfillment of social responsibility, the higher the growth of the enterprise.Therefore, this paper puts forward the following three suggestions: Enterprises actively fulfill their social responsibilities, enterprises play the resource absorption effect of social responsibilities, and the government strengthens relevant guidance work.更多还原
