【摘要】 文章以新宁物流为例，简单介绍了该企业，并对其盈利能力现状做出简单分析，结果表明新宁物流近几年的盈利能力极差。为探究影响其盈利能力的因素，构建线性回归模型，结果显示新宁物流留存收益、企业规模和盈利能力呈显著的正相关。根据分析，针对性地提出了改善运营管理，合理扩大规模与提高留存收益管理，促进企业自身发展的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Xinning Logistics as an example, this paper briefly introduces the company and makes a simple analysis of its profitability status, and the analysis results show that the profitability of Xinning Logistics in recent years is extremely poor. In order to explore the factors affecting its profitability, a linear regression model was constructed, and the model results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the retained earnings, enterprise size and profitability of Xinning Logistics. After a simple analysis, countermeasures and suggestions for improving operation management, reasonably expanding the scale and improving the management of retained earnings, and promoting the development of the enterprise itself are put forward in a targeted manner.更多还原
