【摘要】 青年“躺平”现象是青年日益增长的美好生活需要同劳动所得低、生活成本高、竞争“内卷化”等社会问题间的矛盾冲突在青年主观意识上的反映，是部分青年以不工作、低欲望、低消费、不奋斗等消极态度和颓废行为对待学习工作生活，并通过网络媒介进行语言和符号表达，引发其他青年和部分社会阶层共鸣和传播的一种社会现象和社会问题。纾解青年“躺平”现象要以习近平总书记关于青年的系列讲话精神为指导，以青年树立奋斗精神为前提，以改善青年工作环境为基础，以增加青年工作收入为重点，以激发青年奋斗动力为目标，共同引领“躺平”青年从瘫软“躺平”到踔厉奋发。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phenomenon of the “lying flat”of the youth is the reflection of youth’s subjective consciousness of the conflict between the growing need for a better life and the social problems that are difficult to solve, such as low working income, high cost of living, and“involution”of competition. Some young people treat their study, work and life with negative attitudes and decadent behaviors such as no working, low desire, low consumption, and no struggle, expressing them in language and symbols through network media. The social phenomenon and the problems resonate and spread among some young people and social strata. To relieve the phenomenon of“lying flat”among young people, we should be guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speeches on youth,take the establishment of the spirit of struggle as the premise, the improvement of the working environment as the basis, the increase of the working income as the focus, and the stimulation of the working motivation as the goal, and jointly lead the young people from“lying flat”to work hard.更多还原
