新工科背景下应用型高级专门人才培养的探索与实践——以兰州城市学院焊接技术与工程专业为例

【摘要】 “新工科”建设是改造升级传统工科专业,创设新型工科专业,加快培养工程技术创新人才的一次改革。基于“新工科”的内涵,提出我校焊接技术与工程专业的人才培养目标应为应用型高级专门人才,创新点在于建立符合CDIO理念的学科体系,构建以OBE为核心理念的教学质量外部评价体系。采用“五维”素质模型建构适应新工科的应用型工程人才教育培养体系,从专业通识素养、工程专业素养、工程实践素养、工程创新素养和工程职业素养五个维度提出建设方案,指出应在工程创新创业能力,跨学科跨领域学习应用能力以及团队协作能力三方面打造高级别专门人才。

【Abstract】 The construction of “new engineering” is a reform to transform and upgrade traditional engineering majors, construct new engineering majors, and accelerate the training of high-level engineering and technological innovative talents in emerging fields. Combining with the connotation of new engineering, the training target of welding technology and engineering major in our university should be applied senior specialized personnel. The innovation point is to establish the discipline system in line with the CDIO concept, construct the external quality evaluation system of welding major based on the OBE concept, and continuously promote the continuous improvement of the teaching quality. The “five-dimension” quality model is adopted to construct an education and training system for applied engineering talents to adapt to new engineering. Starting from the construction of five dimensions, namely general literacy, professional literacy, practical literacy, innovation literacy and professional literacy. It is stressed that high-level professionals should be created in three aspects: engineering innovation and entrepreneurship ability, interdisciplinary learning and application ability, and team cooperation ability.
