【Abstract】 Under the background of building a strong translation country, the education of specialized degree of Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI) has achieved remarkable achievements, but the weakening in research competence of MTI students has become a dominant shortcoming in the education of high-level translation talents. In order to improve MTI research competence, this research clarifies the necessity of cultivating the research competence, and draws on the recursive theory of quality control management to explore the whole-process “Plan-Do-Check-Action”(PDCA) practice path characterized by combination theory with practice, coordination between classroom teaching and extracurricular training, and interaction between teachers and students.更多还原
