翻译硕士科研能力培养与实践路径
Cultivation in Research Competence of Master of Translation and Interpreting and the PDCA Practice Path
【摘要】 在建设翻译强国背景下,翻译硕士专业学位教育取得明显成效.然而,翻译硕士科研能力弱化成为高层次翻译人才培养的显性短板.为提升翻译硕士科研能力,在阐明翻译硕士科研能力培养必要性的基础上,以质量控制管理循环理论为指导,探讨理论与实践结合、课堂教学与课外训练场域协同、师生双主体交互的“计划—实施—检查—处理”全过程实践路径.
【Abstract】 Under the background of building a strong translation country, the education of specialized degree of Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI) has achieved remarkable achievements, but the weakening in research competence of MTI students has become a dominant shortcoming in the education of high-level translation talents. In order to improve MTI research competence, this research clarifies the necessity of cultivating the research competence, and draws on the recursive theory of quality control management to explore the whole-process “Plan-Do-Check-Action”(PDCA) practice path characterized by combination theory with practice, coordination between classroom teaching and extracurricular training, and interaction between teachers and students.
