【摘要】 智慧环境作为互联网技术与环境信息化技术的结合体，旨在推动环境治理与保护业务的智慧化发展，近年来在环境保护方面被越来越多地重视.基于此理念，通过了解智慧环境治理的概念、支撑技术与应用建设等核心内容，在应对环境突发性风险、生态环境污染监测与防控等问题上，依托物联网嵌入式、 NB-IoT、雾计算、数据湖、 3S等信息化技术条件，以智能服务为驱动对环境进行的智慧化治理，不仅治理方式较为先进，也会使生态经济更好地实现可持续发展，同时，也为环境工作者和未来环保治理提供一定的参考价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 Intelligent environment, as a combination of Internet technology and environmental information technology, aims to improving the intelligent development of environmental governance and protection, which has gradually received more and more attention in environmental protection in recent years. This paper introduces the core contents of intelligent environmental governance such as the concept, supporting technology and application, and explores the intelligent management of the environment driven by intelligent services to solve the problems such as solutions of emergent risks and difficulties in eco-environmental monitoring and protection based on the information technology such as embedded Internet of Things, NB-IoT, fog computing, data lake, and 3S. The intelligent management proves an advanced model to fulfill the sustainable development of ecological economy, and the research findings provide certain reference for environmental workers and future environmental management.更多还原
