PP333、CCC及矮壮醇浸种对洛麦21幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 分别使用相同浓度梯度的PP333、 CCC及矮壮醇溶液对洛麦21进行浸种处理后,在室内常温和盆栽的条件下,使用沙培的方法进行种植,然后测定浸种处理后种子的发芽率及幼苗的生理和形态指标.结果表明,用合适浓度的PP333、 CCC及矮壮醇对洛麦21进行浸种后,都能提高种子发芽率,都能使幼苗的株高降低,根长增长,叶绿素含量和根冠比提高.三种植物生长延缓剂都能起到壮苗的作用,但是综合比较PP333浸种的效果最好.

【Abstract】 This experiment respectively used the same concentration gradients of PP333, CCC or cycocelpyramite solution to soak the seeds of Luomai 21, and measured the germination rate of seeds and the physiological and morphological indexes of seedlings after the seeds were planted by sand culture at room temperature and potted conditions. The results show that proper concentration of PP333, CCC or Cycocelpyramite all play sound seedling roles by increase of germination rate, the root length, the content of chlorophyll, and the root-shoot ratio, but decrease of the height of the plant. The result also shows that PP333 proves the best effect in seed soaking.
