【摘要】 人与自然生命共同体是建立在马克思主义共同体思想和自然生态观的哲学基础上，对西方传统文化和中国传统文化的扬弃与超越，基于中国共产党在长期社会实践中对人与自然关系的现实探索，在应对我国生态文明建设和全球性挑战的过程中形成的，具有深邃的理论逻辑、文化逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。作为实现人与自然和谐共生目标的价值引导，人与自然生命共同体是我国生态文明建设的价值指归，是对人类生命共同体的正向价值延伸，是构建人类文明新形态的价值取向，有利于推动世界各国共建全球生态空间。通过对其生成逻辑和价值意蕴的探究，从经济转型、法律制度、思想引领和国际合作等领域促进人与自然生命共同体的构建，为实现人与自然关系的和谐发展贡献中国智慧和中国方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The life community of human and nature is built on the philosophical basis of the thought of Marxist community and the concept of natural ecology, it is the sublation and transcendence of Western and Chinese traditional cultures, it comes from the exploration on the relationship between human and nature in the long-term social practice of the Communist Party of China, and it is formed in the process of coping with difficulties in ecological civilization construction in China and global challenges, thus it presents a profound generative logic in theory, culture, history, and practice. As a value guide to achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between human and nature, the life community of human and nature shows the value goal of ecological civilization construction in China, a positive value extension to the community of human life, and a value orientation for building a new form of human civilization, thus the community is conducive to promoting countries around the world to jointly build a global ecological space. This paper explores the generation logic and value implications of the community, and conducts the research on promoting the construction of the community from the fields of economic transformation, legal system, thought leadership and international cooperation, so as to provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the harmonious development of the relationship between human and nature.更多还原
