响应面法优化乙酸锌对螺旋藻护色的研究
Optimization of color protection of zinc acetate on Spirulina by response surface methodology
【摘要】 以螺旋藻为原料,通过试验确定用乙酸锌对其进行护色,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化护色工艺。结果表明:最优护色工艺为pH 6.4、护色时间126 min、护色温度36℃,乙酸锌添加量7.5 mg/kg(以藻液质量为基准),在此条件下ΔE可以达到0.629。
【Abstract】 Using Spirulina as raw material, zinc acetate was determined to protect its color through test. Based on single factor test, response surface method was used to optimize the color protection process. The results showed that the optimal color protection process was pH 6.4, color protection time 126 min, color protection temperature 36 ℃, zinc acetate dosage 7.5 mg/kg(based on the mass of algal liquid), and ΔE could reach 0.629 under these conditions.
