核桃粕萃取核桃油工艺优化

【摘要】 通过正交试验优化核桃油萃取工艺,以酸价、过氧化值、氧化稳定性指数(OSI)、萃取率、总生育酚、总酚为综合考察指标,结合多指标综合评分法确定最优萃取工艺参数。结果表明:与有机溶剂萃取法相比,超临界CO2萃取的核桃油相对密度、碘值、皂化值更高,水分及挥发物含量、酸价和过氧化值更低,色泽更浅。优化确定超临界CO2萃取核桃油工艺为萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度35℃、萃取时间30 min,此时综合评分最高,为71.89。

【Abstract】 The extraction process of walnut oil was optimized through orthogonal experiments. Using acid value, peroxide value, oxidation stability index(OSI), extraction rate, total tocopherols, and total phenols as comprehensive evaluation indicators, the optimal extraction process parameters were determined by multi-index comprehensive scoring method. The results showed that compared with organic solvent extraction, walnut oil extracted by supercritical CO2 had higher relative density, iodine value, saponification value, lower water and volatile content, acid value, peroxide value, and lighter color. The optimized supercritical CO2 extraction process for walnut oil was determined as follows: extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 35 ℃, and extraction time 30 min. At this time, the comprehensive score was the highest, with a score of 71.89.
