贮存温度影响全株青贮玉米有氧劣变的速度和程度

【摘要】 青贮饲料有氧劣变严重影响牧场效益、动物健康和食品安全。微生物在有氧劣变过程中扮演重要角色,其生长繁殖需要适宜的温度条件。通过研究不同贮存温度对全株青贮玉米有氧暴露期间发酵参数、干物质损失和霉菌毒素含量的影响。结果发现,随有氧暴露时间延长,全株青贮玉米pH值,干物质损失和霉菌毒素浓度增加。酵母在有氧暴露的前期快速增殖,而霉菌在后期明显增加。暴露于18℃的全株青贮玉米在第5天pH值大于5,表明发生劣变,而暴露于24℃和28℃的全株青贮玉米在第3天显示劣变。暴露于18℃的全株青贮玉米的干物质损失速率慢于24℃和28℃处理组。暴露于24℃和28℃的全株青贮玉米的玉米赤霉烯酮含量显著高于18℃处理组。综上,全株青贮玉米随有氧暴露时间延长而发生品质劣变和物质损失,贮存温度显著影响其有氧劣变的速度和程度。

【Abstract】 The aerobic degradation of silage seriously affects farm pasture efficiency, animal health and food safety.Microorganisms play an important role in the process of aerobic degradation, and their growth and reproduction require appropriate temperature conditions.The effects of different storage temperatures on fermentation parameters, dry matter loss and mycotoxin content of during aerobic exposure were studied.The results showed that pH value, dry matter loss and mycotoxin concentration of increased with the extension of aerobic exposure time.Yeast prolificated rapidly in the early stage of aerobic exposure, while mold increased significantly in the late stage.The pH value of exposed to 18℃ was greater than 5 on the 5th day, indicating deterioration, while that exposed to 24℃ and 28℃ showed deterioration on the 3rd day.The dry matter loss rate of exposed to 18℃ was slower than that of 24℃ and 28℃ treatment groups.The zearalenone content of exposed to 24℃ and 28℃ was significantly higher than that of 18℃ treatment group.In conclusion, quality degradation and material loss occurred with the extension of aerobic exposure time of, and storage temperature significantly affected the rate and degree of aerobic degradation.
