复合真菌培养物对淮北麻鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响

【摘要】 试验旨在研究复合真菌培养物对淮北麻鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标及肉品质的影响。选择960只5日龄的淮北麻鸡,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复60只。其中A组为对照组,其他3组分别在全价粉状玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加1.6%、2.0%、2.4%的复合真菌培养物,试验正式期120 d。试验结果表明:在淮北麻鸡10~70日龄阶段,1.6%、2.0%、2.4%组料重比均有降低,其中1.6%和2.4%组料重比显著低于其他组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组的肉色、嫩度、新鲜度均有所提高;试验组的血清生化指标差异不显著,抗氧化能力提升有限。研究表明:复合真菌培养物作为淮北麻鸡的饲料添加剂,在生长性能、肉品质方面有积极影响,综合经济效益分析,复合真菌培养物推荐适宜添加量为2.0%。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of compound fungal cultures on the growth performance, slaughter performance, serum biochemical indexes and meat quality of Huaibei partridge chicken. A total of 960 5-day-old Huaibei partridge chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 60 chickens per replicate. Among them, group A was the control group, and the other three groups were added 1.6%,2.0% and 2.4% compound fungal cultures to the powdered maize-soybean meal basic diet, respectively. The experiment lasted for 120 days. The test results showed that in the 10-70 days old stage of Huaibei partridge chicken, the feed conversion of 1.6%,2.0% and 2.4% of the group decreased, and the feed conversion of 1.6% and 2.4% group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the meat color, tenderness and freshness of the testing group were improved, the serum biochemical indexes of the testing group were not much different, and the antioxidant capacity was improved limited. Studies showed that compound fungal cultures, as feed additives for Huaibei partridge chicken, had a positive effect on the growth performance and meat quality. The recommended addition level for complex fungal cultures was 2.0% in view of economic benefits.
