【摘要】 在中央政府对“光盘行动”的积极宣传和大力支持下，浪费可耻、节约光荣的氛围在全社会得到了有效宣传。然而，随着时间的推移，“舌尖上的浪费”再次出现反弹回潮的苗头，餐饮“剩”宴现象仍然存在。文章借助问卷调查、实地访谈和数据爬取技术，探究“光盘行动”的践行现状，并基于此分析如何切实落实“光盘行动”。结果显示，中国“光盘行动”概念已经深入人心，但是实际践行过程中所受阻力较大，实施过程存在难度，餐饮浪费问题严峻。据此，分别从政府、餐饮企业以及社会3个层面提出落实“光盘行动”的建议，借助政府、餐饮企业和社会的三方协作，使“厉行节约，反对浪费”在全社会蔚然成风。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the central government of the "Clear Your Plate" campaign under the positive publicity and strong support, the atmosphere of shameful and glorious waste in the whole society has been effectively publicized. However, with the passage of time, the "waste on the tip of the tongue" appears to rebound again, and the phenomenon of dining "leftover" banquet still exists. With the help of a questionnaire survey, field interview, and data crawling technology, this paper explored the current practice status of "Clear Your Plate" campaign, and analyzed how to effectively implement "Clear Your Plate" campaign based on this. The results showed that the concept of "Clear Your Plate" campaign had become popular among the people, but there was great resistance in the practice process,the implementation process was difficult, and the food waste problem was serious. Based on this, suggestions for implementing the "Clear Your Plate" campaign are proposed from the goverment, catering enterprises, and society at three levels. With the tripartite cooperation of the government, catering enterprises and society, the concept of "practice strict economy and combat waste" in the whole society has become a trend.更多还原
