凉血五花汤水提物对寻常痤疮相关致病菌的体外抑制效果

【摘要】 目的 研究不同浓度的凉血五花汤水提物对痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等寻常痤疮相关致病菌的体外抑制效果。方法 采用常规平皿法培养痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌及金黄色葡萄球菌,应用不同浓度的凉血五花汤水提物对上述细菌进行生长抑制试验及抑菌圈试验,以红霉素作为对照,计算凉血五花汤水提物最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果 凉血五花汤水提物对痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为125、125、500 mg/mL,MBC分别为250、250、1 000 mg/mL;阳性对照红霉素对上述细菌的MIC分别为0.1 mg/mL、6.25μg/mL、0.05 mg/mL,MBC分别为0.2 mg/mL、6.25μg/mL、0.1 mg/mL。结论 凉血五花汤水提物对痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等寻常痤疮的常见致病菌有一定的体外抑菌作用,抑菌作用与浓度正相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the inhibitory effects of Liangxue-Wuhua decoction at different concentrations on acne vulgaris-related pathogens(Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus) in vitro.Methods Conventional plate method was used to culture propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus. The antibacterial assay and zone of inhibition were used to assess the inhibitory effects of Liangxue-Wuhua decoction at different concentrations. Erythromycin was used as positive control. The minimum antibacterial concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) were determined. Results The MICs of Liangxue-Wuhua decoction for Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus were 125 mg/mL, 125 mg/mL and 500 mg/mL, respectively, and BMCs were 250 mg/mL, 250 mg/mL and 1 000 mg/mL, respectively. The MICs of erythromycin for Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus were 0.1 mg/mL, 6.25 μg/mL and 0.05 mg/mL, respectively, and BMCs were 0.2 mg/mL, 6.25 μg/mL and 0.1 mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion Liangxue-Wuhua decoction does-dependently inhibits Propionibacterium acne, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro.
