【摘要】 在前期眼针“络脑通脏腑”理论成果及临床实践的指导下，从“目系”角度整理挖掘古代文献，进一步阐明“眼与脑”的关系、“脑与神”的关系以及“眼-脑-神”的相关性，论证了眼通过“目系”及十二经络与脑形成协同一体的网络结构，及“脑-神”相辅相成的密切关系，从而建立“眼-脑-神”一体的理论体系。并通过阐明“眼-脑-神”体系与中风的关系，进一步探讨眼针通过“眼-脑-神”体系对中风病治疗作用，即眼针通过“络脑”联通脏腑经络，进一步调整四肢百骸、经络脏腑；通过“调神”加强中枢神经与肢体运动功能之间联络、整合、反应系统，该理论的完善丰富了眼针治疗中风病的中医理论证据链，为日后探索眼针作用机制及临床诊疗提供了新的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the guidance of the early theoretical achievements and clinical practice of eye acupuncture “connecting the brain and Zang-Fu organs”,the ancient literature was explored from the perspective of “eye system”,and the relationship between “eye and brain”,“brain and spirit”and “eye-brain” were further clarified.The correlation between the “brain and spirit” demonstrates that the eye forms a synergistic network structure with the brain through the “eye system” and the twelve meridiansandthe “brain-spirit” complements each other, thus establishing a theoretical system of “eye-brain-spirit” system.And by clarifying the relationship between the “eye-brain-spirit” system and stroke, the effect of eye acupuncture on stroke treatment through the “eye-brain-spirit” system is further explored, that is, eye acupuncture connects Zang-Fu organs and meridians through “connecting the brain”,and further adjusts the limbs, meridians and Zang-Fu organs, strengthens the connection, integration and response system between the central nervous system and limb motor functions by “regulating the mind”,enriching and improving the theoretical evidence chain of traditional Chinese medicine for eye acupuncture treatment of stroke, and provides a new theoretical basisfor future exploration of eye acupuncture mechanism and clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
